RDC Renovation & Design Concepts is licensed and insured to operate throughout Maricopa County, Arizona, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Tempe, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Buckeye, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Anthem, New River, Happy Valley, and surrounding communities. All work is performed in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes and applicable local building codes.
4. Contact Forms and Information Submission
By submitting a contact or estimate request form on our website, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are the owner or authorized representative of the property
- You consent to being contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your request
- You understand that submitting a form does not create a binding contract
5. Estimates and Contracts
- All estimates are free and provided without obligation

9. Limitations of Liability
RDC Renovation & Design Concepts performs all work with professional care and carries appropriate insurance as required by Arizona law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:

- Permit processing delays by local municipalities
- Material availability or supply chain issues
- Pre-existing conditions discovered during work

Any property damage that occurs during our work will be addressed in accordance with our insurance policy and Arizona law.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to the following process:
- First, a good-faith negotiation between the parties
- If unresolved, mediation through a mutually agreed Arizona mediator
- If still unresolved, binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona
- Arizona state law governs all disputes
11. Acceptable Use of Our Website
You agree not to use our website to:
- Submit false or misleading information
