Material Supply and Installation, One Flooring Trade
Most commercial flooring problems are coordination problems: the material arrives late, the spec gets substituted, and the installer blames the supplier while the schedule slips. RDC removes that seam. We sell the commercial material and install it with our own crews, so the takeoff, the procurement, the floor prep, and the finished installation sit with one company and one warranty.
- For business and property owners: a direct, itemized quote covering material, prep, and installation, with the showroom available for spec selection.
- For general contractors: a flooring and tile trade that bids from plans, holds its unit pricing, and shows up when the schedule says.
- For tenant improvements: suite-level flooring packages built around business hours and building rules.

Commercial Spaces We Floor
- Offices and professional suites: carpet tile and commercial LVT that handle rolling chairs and daily traffic, installed in phases around your working hours when needed.
- Retail: durable, cleanable floors with the finish level customers judge a store by, sequenced to protect your opening date.
- Restaurants and commercial kitchens: front-of-house materials that carry the design, and back-of-house floors built for grease, heat, and washdowns, porcelain with epoxy grout or welded sheet goods.
- Medical and clinical spaces: smooth, seam-minimal, cleanable surfaces specified to the standards clinical environments demand.
- Tenant improvements: flooring scopes inside larger TI projects, coordinated with the GC and the building.
Commercial Materials We Supply and Install
| Material | Where it earns its keep | Why commercial-grade matters |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial LVT / LVP | Offices, retail, medical corridors | 20 mil wear layers and up, against 6 to 12 mil on entry-level residential product that fails fast in a commercial doorway |
| Carpet tile | Open offices, conference areas | Replace one stained tile instead of a whole floor; ratings built for rolling loads |
| Porcelain & ceramic tile | Lobbies, restrooms, kitchens | The most durable surface in the building; epoxy grout keeps it sanitary under washdowns |
| Commercial sheet goods | Kitchens, clinical rooms | Heat-welded seams and integral cove base where hygiene rules leave no joints to harbor anything |
Every one of these is on display at our flooring store in Phoenix at 1610 E Bell Rd Suite 101. Because we stock and sell the material ourselves, the spec you approve is the spec that shows up on site.

How We Work With General Contractors
RDC bids flooring and tile scopes from plan takeoffs, with quantities, materials, and unit pricing broken out in writing. A GC can level our number against any other flooring bid line by line. On site, our crews handle demolition of existing floor coverings, substrate preparation, moisture testing where the spec calls for it, and installation. Because procurement is ours too, material lead times are our responsibility, not another supplier's excuse. Ask us to bid your next flooring package: send plans to info@rdcflooring.com and we will return a written scope and price.
Tenant improvement work: demolition and prep before the new floor goes in.
What we are, and what we are not. RDC is a surfaces company: flooring, tile, and countertops, supplied and installed. The company was founded in 2016 and has completed more than 382 projects across the Valley. We are fully insured, with business coverage and job-site coverage carried by named insurers, and every installation carries our 1-year workmanship warranty. Where a project scope requires license-classified trades beyond surfaces, those are coordinated through licensed partners, stated plainly because commercial clients deserve the same honesty our homeowners get.
Commercial Pricing, in Writing
Commercial flooring is priced per project, not from a rate card: square footage, material spec, subfloor condition, demolition, and schedule all move the number. What you can count on is the format: an itemized written quote separating material, preparation, and installation, produced from your plans or an on-site measure, free and without obligation. For scale, RDC's published installed ranges run $4 to $9 per square foot for luxury vinyl and $7 to $18 for porcelain tile, and commercial packages are quoted against those same material tiers. Volume pricing applies on larger material packages because supply and installation come from the same company.
