Email: We send occasional emails about our flooring and remodeling services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing info@rdcflooring.com.
Text / SMS: If you opt in, we text you about your own project: estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, arrival times and answers to your questions. Our texts come from (602) 788-1446. Message frequency varies with the stage of your project, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or tell us in any other reasonable way, such as by phone or email. Reply HELP for help. Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging platform and wireless carriers that deliver our texts, which use it only to provide that service.
Online Advertising: We advertise on Google, Facebook and Instagram to reach Phoenix-area homeowners. Showing our ads to people who have visited this site works through the Meta Pixel described below.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand how people use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data such as pages viewed, time on site, device type and approximate location. We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months. Third parties such as Microsoft may collect personal data from people who visit our website. When you request an estimate, RDC collects the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, city, the service you need, budget, timeline and project notes, plus an address or photos if you share them later. Our website also collects standard analytics data like pages visited and device type.
RDC never sells your personal information. We share it only in the ways section 5 of this policy lists, such as with the people working on your project, service providers that run our tools, a lender if you choose to apply for financing, or when the law requires it. Visit data also reaches the analytics and advertising tools described in this policy: Google, Microsoft and Meta. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are never shared for marketing.
