What Is in the Showroom
The Bell Road showroom covers 1,200 square feet and holds samples across every flooring category RDC installs. Sample racks and a full sample wall let you set materials side by side. You see them at full size instead of from a three-inch chip.
Material comes from 25+ brands, including Shaw, Mohawk, COREtec, NexxaCore, Republic Floor, MSI, Emser Tile, Daltile, Arizona Tile, Marazzi, Happy Floors, and Dream Weaver. If a brand is not on the floor, RDC can usually source it on request.
The showroom also holds a full countertop selection, along with bathroom surface samples, in the same space. A whole-room project can be specified in one visit. See countertop installation for the quartz, granite, porcelain, marble, and quartzite options carried.

Why Buying and Installing in One Place Matters
Most flooring purchases split across two companies. A store sells the material, then a separate installer is hired to lay it. When something goes wrong, the store points at the installer and the installer points at the product.
RDC sells the material and installs it with its own crew. One company measures your space, tests the subfloor, supplies the flooring, and lays it. That produces a single itemized estimate and one point of contact for the whole job.
Pull-out sample racks make it possible to compare colors directly against each other.
Flooring We Sell and Install
Every material below is stocked as samples at the showroom and installed by the RDC crew. Prices are per square foot installed, covering both material and labor:
| Material | Cost Installed | Commonly Chosen For | Learn More |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carpet | $3–$7 / sq. ft. | Bedrooms and media rooms where softness and sound absorption matter; price includes pad | Carpet sales & install |
| Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) | $4–$9 / sq. ft. | Whole-home use; 100% waterproof and stable through Arizona's temperature swings | LVP sales & installation |
| Laminate | $4–$8 / sq. ft. | Wood-look floors on a tighter budget than hardwood | Laminate sales & install |
| Ceramic tile | $7–$14 / sq. ft. | Indoor floors and walls at a lower cost per square foot than porcelain | All flooring materials |
| Engineered hardwood | $8–$16 / sq. ft. | Living and dining spaces; handles Arizona's dryness better than solid wood | Engineered hardwood |
| Porcelain tile | $9–$18 / sq. ft. | High-traffic floors and outdoor-rated applications; dense and low-porosity | Porcelain tile flooring |
| Solid hardwood | $10–$20 / sq. ft. | Living and dining spaces where real wood is the priority | Hardwood flooring |
| Large-format tile | $12–$22 / sq. ft. | Open layouts with fewer grout lines; needs more subfloor leveling and labor | Tile flooring |
| Natural stone | $12–$25 / sq. ft. | Entryways, patios, and pool decks; travertine stays cooler underfoot | Travertine & natural stone |
| Hardwood refinishing | $3–$8 / sq. ft. | Restoring existing wood floors; labor only, no new material | Hardwood floor refinishing |
Please note: pricing is set individually for each customer based on your specific project, materials, square footage, and scope, and is confirmed in your free written estimate.
Seeing Samples in Arizona Light
Flooring color reads differently across a full room than it does in a small chip or on a screen. Arizona's bright, direct sunlight widens that gap further, and the same plank can look warm at midday and grey by late afternoon.
Large samples on racks and a sample wall exist for that reason. Comparing full-size pieces beside each other is the simplest way to avoid choosing a floor that looks wrong once several hundred square feet are down.
The sample wall lets full-size pieces be viewed together rather than one chip at a time.
Bathroom Materials at the Showroom
Bathroom projects are specified in the same visit. Shower tile, floor tile, and vanity surface samples are on display. RDC handles the design, the material, and the installation for bathrooms of any size.
That covers full bathroom remodels, walk-in showers, standard tub replacements, and tub-to-shower conversions. See bathroom remodeling, custom walk-in showers, or tub-to-shower conversions for scope and cost detail.

Scottsdale
Scottsdale sits directly east of the showroom along the Bell Road corridor. See flooring contractor Scottsdale for local project detail.
Peoria
Peoria is west along Bell Road, a straight run from the showroom. Renovation work in the city is covered on the Peoria page.

The Rest of the Valley
Every city below is installed from the same Bell Road showroom, with free in-home measuring included:
- Happy Valley The Happy Valley corridor sits in north Phoenix, minutes from the showroom, which makes scheduling and quick starts easier here than anywhere else in the Valley.
- Paradise Valley Sitting between Phoenix and Scottsdale, Paradise Valley draws the marble, quartzite, and large-format tile end of the showroom.
- Glendale Glendale is west of Phoenix and reached directly along Bell Road from the showroom.
- Surprise Surprise sits at the northwest end of the Bell Road run, in the growing West Valley.
- Sun City Sun City is a retirement community in the northwest Valley, where walk-in showers and slip-resistant flooring come up most often.

- Anthem Anthem is north of Phoenix along I-17, a straight run up from the Bell Road showroom.
- New River New River sits north of Anthem, at the far northern edge of the RDC service area.
- Tempe Tempe falls between Phoenix and Mesa, and rental and student housing turnovers drive a lot of the flooring work there.
- Chandler Chandler is in the East Valley, south of Tempe and Mesa, with newer homes on slab-on-grade construction.
- Gilbert Gilbert is in the southeast Valley, where whole-home flooring replacement is the most common request.
- Fountain Hills Fountain Hills sits northeast beyond Scottsdale, and hillside homes there often pair natural stone with large-format tile.
- Buckeye Buckeye anchors the far West Valley and is one of the fastest-growing new-build areas RDC serves.
