What Is in the Showroom

The Bell Road showroom covers 1,200 square feet and holds samples across every flooring category RDC installs. Sample racks and a full sample wall let you set materials side by side. You see them at full size instead of from a three-inch chip.

Material comes from 25+ brands, including Shaw, Mohawk, COREtec, NexxaCore, Republic Floor, MSI, Emser Tile, Daltile, Arizona Tile, Marazzi, Happy Floors, and Dream Weaver. If a brand is not on the floor, RDC can usually source it on request.

The showroom also holds a full countertop selection, along with bathroom surface samples, in the same space. A whole-room project can be specified in one visit. See countertop installation for the quartz, granite, porcelain, marble, and quartzite options carried.

Why Buying and Installing in One Place Matters

Most flooring purchases split across two companies. A store sells the material, then a separate installer is hired to lay it. When something goes wrong, the store points at the installer and the installer points at the product.

RDC sells the material and installs it with its own crew. One company measures your space, tests the subfloor, supplies the flooring, and lays it. That produces a single itemized estimate and one point of contact for the whole job.

Seeing Samples in Arizona Light

Flooring color reads differently across a full room than it does in a small chip or on a screen. Arizona's bright, direct sunlight widens that gap further, and the same plank can look warm at midday and grey by late afternoon.

Large samples on racks and a sample wall exist for that reason. Comparing full-size pieces beside each other is the simplest way to avoid choosing a floor that looks wrong once several hundred square feet are down.

The sample wall lets full-size pieces be viewed together rather than one chip at a time.

Bathroom Materials at the Showroom

Bathroom projects are specified in the same visit. Shower tile, floor tile, and vanity surface samples are on display. RDC handles the design, the material, and the installation for bathrooms of any size.

That covers full bathroom remodels, walk-in showers, standard tub replacements, and tub-to-shower conversions. See bathroom remodeling, custom walk-in showers, or tub-to-shower conversions for scope and cost detail.

Cities Served From the Bell Road Showroom

Customers select material in north Phoenix, and the RDC crew installs at the home across the Valley:

The showroom sits on Bell Road in north Phoenix, which keeps it a short drive for most of the city and the north Valley. Phoenix flooring and remodeling work is covered on the flooring page.

Scottsdale

Scottsdale sits directly east of the showroom along the Bell Road corridor. See flooring contractor Scottsdale for local project detail.

Peoria

Peoria is west along Bell Road, a straight run from the showroom. Renovation work in the city is covered on the Peoria page.

Mesa

The Rest of the Valley

Every city below is installed from the same Bell Road showroom, with free in-home measuring included:

  • Happy Valley The Happy Valley corridor sits in north Phoenix, minutes from the showroom, which makes scheduling and quick starts easier here than anywhere else in the Valley.
  • Paradise Valley Sitting between Phoenix and Scottsdale, Paradise Valley draws the marble, quartzite, and large-format tile end of the showroom.
  • Glendale Glendale is west of Phoenix and reached directly along Bell Road from the showroom.
  • Surprise Surprise sits at the northwest end of the Bell Road run, in the growing West Valley.
  • Sun City Sun City is a retirement community in the northwest Valley, where walk-in showers and slip-resistant flooring come up most often.
  • Sun City West Sun City West neighbors Sun City and brings the same demand for accessible showers and low-maintenance floors.
  • Anthem Anthem is north of Phoenix along I-17, a straight run up from the Bell Road showroom.
  • New River New River sits north of Anthem, at the far northern edge of the RDC service area.
  • Tempe Tempe falls between Phoenix and Mesa, and rental and student housing turnovers drive a lot of the flooring work there.
  • Chandler Chandler is in the East Valley, south of Tempe and Mesa, with newer homes on slab-on-grade construction.
  • Gilbert Gilbert is in the southeast Valley, where whole-home flooring replacement is the most common request.
  • Fountain Hills Fountain Hills sits northeast beyond Scottsdale, and hillside homes there often pair natural stone with large-format tile.
  • Buckeye Buckeye anchors the far West Valley and is one of the fastest-growing new-build areas RDC serves.

RDC is fully insured, with business coverage through Insurance Concepts & Risk Management LLC and employee and job-site coverage through Central Insurance.

Material is stocked from 25+ brands, including Shaw, Mohawk, COREtec, NexxaCore, Republic Floor, MSI, Emser Tile, Daltile, Arizona Tile, Marazzi, Happy Floors, and Dream Weaver. If a brand is not on the floor, RDC can usually source it on request. Sample racks and a full sample wall let you compare colors side by side rather than from a 3-inch chip.

Installed flooring at RDC runs $3 to $25 per square foot depending on the material. Carpet is $3 to $7 including pad, and LVP is $4 to $9. Laminate runs $4 to $8, and ceramic tile $7 to $14. Engineered hardwood is $8 to $16, porcelain tile $9 to $18, and natural stone $12 to $25. Every range covers both material and labor. Final pricing is set individually for each customer based on square footage, subfloor prep, and scope, and is confirmed in a free written estimate.

Both. RDC sells the flooring material and installs it with its own crew, which is uncommon: most contractors only install material you buy elsewhere, and most stores only sell it and hand you off to a separate installer. Buying and installing through RDC gives you one written estimate, one schedule, and a 1-year workmanship warranty on the labor in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty.

No appointment is needed Monday through Friday between 10am and 5pm. Sunday visits are by appointment only, and the showroom is closed Saturday. Parking is available on site at the Bell Road suite. RDC also books free design consultations, where you sit down with the samples and plan the room instead of browsing alone. Call (602) 788-1446 to reserve one.

Color reads differently across a full room than it does in a small chip or on a screen, and Arizona's bright, direct sunlight exaggerates that difference through the day. Seeing a large sample in person is the simplest way to avoid choosing a floor that looks wrong once it is installed. RDC's Bell Road showroom keeps large samples on racks and a sample wall for exactly that comparison.

RDC serves 17 Valley cities from the Bell Road showroom. The four focus areas are Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria, and Mesa. The rest are Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Tempe, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Paradise Valley, Buckeye, Anthem, New River, Happy Valley, and Fountain Hills. Customers select material at the showroom in north Phoenix, and the RDC crew installs at the home. Free in-home measuring is included across the service area.
