• Countertop installation (quartz, granite, porcelain slab)
• Free in-home estimates and design consultations

3. Service Area

RDC Renovation & Design Concepts is insured and operates throughout Maricopa County, Arizona, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Tempe, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Buckeye, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Anthem, New River, Happy Valley, and surrounding communities. All work is performed in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes and applicable local building codes.

4. Contact Forms and Information Submission

By submitting a contact or estimate request form on our website, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are the owner or authorized representative of the property
• You consent to being contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your request
• You understand that submitting a form does not create a binding contract

5. Estimates and Contracts

• All estimates are free and provided without obligation
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• A written contract is required for all work exceeding $1,000, as required by Arizona law
• Any changes to the agreed scope of work require written approval from both parties
• Required permits will be obtained in accordance with local jurisdiction requirements

6. Pricing and Payments

• Final pricing may be adjusted if the project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise
• Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your contract
• Unpaid balances may be subject to a mechanic's lien filing under Arizona law

7. Arizona-Specific Provisions

• All work complies with Arizona energy efficiency standards and building codes
• A three-day right of rescission applies to contracts signed in your home, as required by Arizona law
• Required liability insurance is maintained at all times
• Desert climate considerations (heat, UV exposure, monsoon) are applied to all material recommendations

8. Warranties and Guarantees

• RDC provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products installed
• Warranties are void if work is modified by a third party after project completion
• All warranties comply with Arizona consumer protection standards

9. Limitations of Liability

RDC Renovation & Design Concepts performs all work with professional care and carries appropriate insurance as required by Arizona law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:

• Extreme weather conditions (heat, monsoon, dust storms)
• Permit processing delays by local municipalities
• Material availability or supply chain issues
• Pre-existing conditions discovered during work
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Any property damage that occurs during our work will be addressed in accordance with our insurance policy and Arizona law.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to the following process:

• First, a good-faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved, mediation through a mutually agreed Arizona mediator
• If still unresolved, binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona
• Arizona state law governs all disputes

11. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website
• Submit spam or fraudulent service requests

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona.
