Commercial Flooring Installation in Phoenix, AZ
A commercial flooring schedule can slip on coordination: late material, a substituted spec, and an installer and supplier pointing at each other. RDC removes that seam: the takeoff, procurement, floor prep and installation run through one company and one warranty.
- For business and property owners: a direct quote covering material, prep and installation.
- For general contractors: a flooring and tile trade that handles procurement and installation as one subcontract.
RDC also works this way for homes, as a flooring contractor in Phoenix. The steps of a standard job are laid out under flooring installation in Phoenix.

Commercial Flooring Work in Phoenix, Mesa and Scottsdale
Completed commercial jobs in the Valley include:
- Dealership: a Trust Auto dealership in Mesa, about 1,200 sq ft, got a new ceiling, drywall, texture and paint. Its commercial carpet came out and tile-look commercial LVP went in.
- Clinic: a Phoenix clinic got light wood-look commercial LVP through its corridors and rooms.
- Church: patterned commercial carpet tile across a church sanctuary in Phoenix.
- Senior living: a Valley senior-living operator RDC handles flooring for across its Phoenix and Scottsdale locations, from corridor carpet to glue-down and click LVP.
Installation is scheduled around your business, including phased or after-hours work when needed.

What Is the Best Commercial Flooring for High-Traffic Areas?
The best commercial flooring depends on the space and its traffic. At RDC, commercial LVT or LVP fits clinics, dealerships and corridors, carpet tile fits sanctuaries and meeting rooms, and porcelain fits lobbies. RDC supplies and installs all three for Phoenix businesses.
| Material | Where it earns its keep | Why commercial-grade matters |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial LVT / LVP | Clinics, dealerships, corridors | A commercial-rated wear layer per MSI, thicker than plank made for light residential use |
| Carpet tile | Sanctuaries, meeting rooms, corridors | Replace one stained tile instead of a whole floor; the rolling-load rating comes from the manufacturer's spec sheet |
| Porcelain & ceramic tile | Lobbies, showrooms, restrooms | A dense, hard-wearing surface; RDC chooses the grout for each area, cement-based, sealed or epoxy |
Spec selection can start at RDC's flooring store in Phoenix at 1610 E Bell Rd Suite 101, where full-size samples are on display. Because RDC sells the material itself, the spec you approve is the spec that shows up on site.
Each material has its own guide: luxury vinyl plank installation in Phoenix, carpet installation in Phoenix and porcelain tile installation in Phoenix.

How We Work With General Contractors
RDC bids flooring and tile scopes from plan takeoffs, with quantities, materials and unit pricing broken out in writing. A GC can level the number against any other flooring bid line by line.
On site, the existing floor coverings come out and the substrate is prepared. Slab moisture testing is done where the spec calls for it, and installation runs under RDC's management. Because procurement is RDC's too, material lead times are RDC's responsibility, not another supplier's.
